My Wonder is a reflective AI wellbeing space designed to support self-discovery, emotional reflection, personal insight, and gentle change.
This Privacy Policy explains how Unique Wonder Ltd collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the My Wonder website, mobile application, Self Discovery experience, AI reflection tools, credit-based access, and related services.

2. What My Wonder is — and what it is not
My Wonder provides reflective AI wellbeing tools. It is designed to help users pause, reflect, explore emotional experiences, and reconnect with what steadies them.
My Wonder is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, mental health diagnosis, clinical assessment, crisis support, emergency support, or treatment.
My Wonder is not a healthcare provider, is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
My Wonder does not provide crisis detection, crisis alerts, nominated contact alerts, safeguarding monitoring, or emergency intervention. It only provides crisis signposting.
If you are in immediate danger, feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, please contact emergency services or a crisis support organisation in your country.

3. Age requirement
My Wonder is for users aged 18 years old or over.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, using free credits, or using any part of My Wonder, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
My Wonder is not directed at children or young people under 18. People under 18 must not create an account or use the service.
If we believe that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account.

6. Wonder and Express Wonder: AI providers
My Wonder may offer multiple AI-powered experiences.
6.1 Wonder
Wonder is the fuller reflective AI wellbeing experience. Is designed for deeper reflection, emotional clarity, and care.
When you choose Wonder, the text you enter, together with related technical information needed to provide the service, may be processed a model to generate responses.
6.2 Express Wonder
Express Wonder is a more concentrated, lower-cost reflective experience. Is designed to offer a more direct, intense, espresso-style version of reflection.
When you choose Express Wonder, the text you enter, together with related technical information needed to provide the service, may be processed through a model to generate responses.
6.3 User choice
Wonder and Express Wonder may differ in cost, response style, provider arrangements, data-processing practices, storage locations, retention periods, and model-improvement policies.
Users actively choose between Wonder and Express Wonder when purchasing or using credits.
You should not enter information into My Wonder that you do not feel comfortable being processed by the AI provider used for the experience you select.
7. Model training and AI improvement
We do not use your personal reflections to train AI models.
Your reflections may still be processed where necessary to:
provide the service
generate responses
produce Self Discovery results
save your reflections and history
personalise your experience
maintain safety and security
manage credits and billing
troubleshoot errors
improve the functioning of My Wonder comply with legal obligations
If we ever wish to use personal reflections for AI model training or optional research in the future, we will explain this clearly and request appropriate consent where required.
8. Lawful bases for processing
We rely on different lawful bases depending on how and why we use your information.
8.1 Contract
We process information where it is necessary to provide the service you request. This includes creating your account, providing Wonder or Express Wonder, generating AI responses, managing credits, providing Self Discovery, and processing purchases.
8.2 Consent

You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
8.3 Legitimate interests

9. How credits in Reflections and Self Discovery use data
My Wonder uses credits for reflective AI use.
Reflections and Self Discovery are credit-based. Each interaction uses credits. This includes Reflections and each of the multiple questions and the final result or insight generated from your answers during a Self Discovery exploration.
When you use a Reflection or Self Discovery, we process your answers to generate your result. If you reuse any of these services, your new answers will be processed and additional credits will be used.
We may store your answers and results if storage is needed to provide your account history and personalised experience.
10. Sharing your information
We may share personal information with trusted third parties where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or improve My Wonder.
These may include:

My Wonder may use service providers and subprocessors to operate the product. These may include AI providers, hosting providers, database providers, payment providers, analytics tools, email providers, and customer support tools.
Our current AI providers are:

DeepSeek, used for Express Wonder
We may update our service providers as My Wonder develops. Where required, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide notice.
11. International users and international transfers
My Wonder may be used by users outside the UK, where we make the service available and where use is lawful.
If you use My Wonder from outside the UK, you are responsible for making sure that your use is lawful in your location.
Some of our service providers, including AI providers, hosting providers, or payment processors, may process personal information outside the UK.
Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we will aim to use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the UK international data transfer addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Because Wonder and Express Wonder use different AI providers, data-processing locations may differ depending on which experience you choose.
12. How long we keep your information
We will keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Indicative retention periods are:

reflections and Self Discovery results: while saved in your account, unless you delete them or request deletion, subject to backup and legal retention limits

13. Deleting reflections, memory data, and accounts
Where the product allows it, you may delete saved reflections yourself.
Deleting a reflection may not delete all information associated with your account or service use. Some information may remain where necessary for account records, technical logs, payment records, security, backups, legal compliance, or service personalisation.
My Wonder may remember certain information you have shared, such as relationship details, preferences, or personal context, where this is used to personalise your experience. If you want this wider stored data reviewed or deleted, contact info@uniquewonder.com.
Where the product allows it, you may delete your account yourself.
If you want additional stored data deleted, contact info@uniquewonder.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We may need to keep some information where required or permitted by law, including for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
We may deactivate your account, and delete the entirety or parts of your data in the following cases:
Your account did not register any use over the period of 6 months.
You breached the terms of this Privacy Policy or the terms of the User Agreement.
You use My Wonder for any unlawful activity.
