1. Introduction
This User Agreement / End User Licence Agreement explains the terms that apply when you use the My Wonder website, mobile application, Self Discovery experience, Reflection tools , credit-based access, and related services.
In this agreement, “My Wonder,” “we,” “us,” and “our” means Unique Wonder Ltd.
By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” purchasing credits, using free credits, or using any part of My Wonder, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use My Wonder.
This agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

2. Definitions
Application means the My Wonder website, web application, mobile application, and any related digital products or updates.

Model means the AI model provider used to power My Wonder features. Content means text, images, prompts, questions, reflections, summaries, insights, designs, logos, software, user interface elements, and other material available through My Wonder.
Credits means the units used to access paid interactions, including questions, responses, Self Discovery, and results.
Express Wonder means a more concentrated, lower-cost reflective AI experience. It is intended to feel more direct and intense, like an espresso-style version of reflection.
Feedback means ideas, comments, reviews, suggestions, or improvements that you choose to send to us.
Self Discovery means the reflective question-based experience within My Wonder that helps users explore aspects of themselves and receive personalised insights.
Services means the reflective AI wellbeing tools provided by My Wonder, including Self Discovery questions, AI-generated reflections, emotional check-ins, guided prompts, saved insights, free credits, purchased credits, and related features.
User, you, or your means the person using My Wonder.
Wonder means the fuller reflective AI wellbeing experience.

3. Nature of the service: wellbeing, not therapy or healthcare
My Wonder is a reflective AI wellbeing space designed to support self-discovery, emotional reflection, personal insight, and gentle change.
My Wonder is not a licensed healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, counselling, crisis support, clinical assessment, or treatment.
Using My Wonder does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, counsellor-client, or clinical relationship between you and Unique Wonder Ltd.
You should not ignore, delay, or replace professional advice because of something generated by My Wonder.
If you are experiencing serious distress, trauma, risk, or mental health difficulty, please seek appropriate human support from a qualified professional, GP, emergency service, or crisis organisation.

4. Crisis and safety
My Wonder is not suitable for emergencies or crisis situations.
My Wonder only provides crisis signposting. It does not provide crisis detection, crisis alerts, nominated contact alerts, emergency monitoring, safeguarding monitoring, or urgent intervention.
AI-generated responses may not recognise crisis, risk, abuse, safeguarding concerns, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or danger accurately or consistently.
My Wonder does not guarantee that risk will be detected, escalated, monitored, or acted upon.
If you feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or if another person is at immediate risk, you must contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.
We may include safety signposting or crisis information, but this does not make My Wonder an emergency, clinical, or monitored support service.

5. Eligibility and age requirements
You must be 18 years old or over to use My Wonder.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, using free credits, or using any part of My Wonder, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
My Wonder is not directed at children or young people under 18. People under 18 must not create an account or use the service.
We may suspend or delete accounts where we reasonably believe the user is under 18.

6. Launch format and app stores
When My Wonder is made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, additional app store terms may apply.

7. Account registration and security
To use some features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, unauthorised access, fraud, security risk, or breach of this agreement.

8. User consents and communications
By using My Wonder, you agree that we may send you service-related communications, such as account messages, security notices, payment notices, credit notices, updates, and important changes to the service.
You may also choose to receive marketing, launch updates, newsletters, reminders, or wellbeing content. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Some features may require device or browser permissions, such as notifications, microphone access, camera access, storage, or network access. You can control these permissions through your device or browser settings, although disabling them may affect how some features work.

9. Wonder experiences
My Wonder may offer multiple different AI-powered experiences.
Wonder
Wonder is the fuller reflective AI wellbeing experience. Is designed for deeper reflection, emotional clarity, and care.
Express Wonder
Express Wonder is a more concentrated, lower-cost reflective experience. Is designed to offer a more direct, intense, espresso-style version of reflection.
Wonder and Express Wonder may differ in credit usage, response style, provider arrangements, data-processing practices, storage locations, retention periods, and model-improvement policies. Users actively choose between Wonder and Express Wonder when using the service. By choosing an experience, you agree that the text you enter, together with related technical information needed to provide the service, may be processed by the AI provider used for that experience.
By choosing Wonder or Express Wonder, you agree that your text may be processed through the model to generate reflective responses.
You should not enter information into My Wonder that you do not feel comfortable being processed by the AI provider used for the experience you select.
More information about how your data is handled will be provided in our Privacy Policy.

10. Choosing an AI experience
Users do not need to complete a separate AI-provider consent checkbox for Wonder or Express Wonder. Instead, users agree to the relevant AI processing by reading this agreement, reviewing the information shown at purchase or use, and actively choosing which experience to use with their credits.

11. Privacy and data use
Your use of My Wonder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
My Wonder may process personal data and, where you choose to share it, sensitive personal information contained in reflections, answers, check-ins, or other user content.
We aim to process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR where relevant.
AI processing may be used to generate reflections, summaries, prompts, and insights. Depending on the experience you choose, your content may be processed by a different model.
Model improvement
We do not use your personal reflections to train AI models.
Your reflections and related information may still be used where necessary to provide the service, generate your responses, save your account history, maintain security, process payments, manage credits, improve the functioning of My Wonder, and comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, but no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Licence to use My Wonder
Subject to this agreement, Unique Wonder Ltd grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use My Wonder for your own personal, non-commercial use during your access period.
This licence does not give you ownership of My Wonder, its software, designs, content, frameworks, prompts, brand identity, or intellectual property.
We may suspend or end this licence if you breach this agreement, misuse the service, fail to pay where payment is required, or use My Wonder in a way that creates legal, safety, technical, or operational risk.

13. Ownership and intellectual property
Unique Wonder Ltd owns or licenses the My Wonder name, logo, brand identity, software, design, interface, prompts, frameworks, questions, user experience, copy, graphics, and related materials.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, adapt, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, distribute, imitate, or commercially exploit any part of My Wonder without our written permission.
You may not present My Wonder’s content, prompts, insights, or frameworks as your own product, therapy model, training method, research tool, or commercial service without permission.

14. Your content
You retain ownership of the reflections, answers, notes, and other content you enter into My Wonder.
By using My Wonder, you give Unique Wonder Ltd permission to host, store, process, analyse, transmit, display, and generate outputs from your content where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, personalise, and improve the functioning of the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you enter into My Wonder.
You should only share information that you feel comfortable entering into a digital service.

15. Saved reflections, deletion, and account closure
My Wonder may allow users to save reflections, Self Discovery outputs, and related insights in a database.
Where the product allows it, you may delete saved reflections yourself.
Deleting a reflection may not delete all data associated with your account or service use. Some information may remain where necessary for account records, technical logs, payment records, security, backups, legal compliance, or service personalisation.
My Wonder may remember certain information you have shared, such as relationship details, preferences, or other personal context, where this is used to personalise your experience. If you want this wider stored data reviewed or deleted, you should contact info@uniquewonder.com.
Where the product allows it, you may delete your account yourself. Some information may still be retained where required or permitted by law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

16. Acceptable use
You agree not to use My Wonder to:
break the law
harm, threaten, abuse, exploit, or harass another person
encourage self-harm, suicide, abuse, violence, or illegal activity
upload malware, viruses, harmful code, spam, or deceptive material
infringe another person’s privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights
reverse engineer, scrape, copy, attack, overload, or interfere with the service
create fake accounts or abuse free credits
misrepresent My Wonder as therapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or professional advice
use the service for high-risk decisions involving health, safety, legal matters, finance, employment, safeguarding, or other serious consequences
use My Wonder in a way that could damage Unique Wonder Ltd, other users, or third parties
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe this agreement has been breached.

17. Self Discovery
Self Discovery is a reflective experience designed to help you explore aspects of yourself, your preferences, your emotional responses, your strengths, and your inner world.
Self Discovery is not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, medical tool, validated psychometric test, or substitute for professional support.
Your Self Discovery result is intended for reflection only. It should not be treated as a fixed label, diagnosis, or complete description of who you are.
Self Discovery is credit-based. Each interaction uses credits. This includes each of the 12 questions and the final result or insight generated from your answers.
Users may retake Self Discovery. Retaking Self Discovery uses additional credits in the same way as a new reflective experience.

18. AI-generated responses
My Wonder uses AI to generate reflective responses, summaries, prompts, and insights.
AI systems can produce responses that are incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, emotionally unsuitable, unexpected, or wrong.
You should use your own judgement when reading AI-generated content.
You should not rely on My Wonder as your only source of support, especially where decisions involve safety, health, legal rights, relationships, finances, employment, safeguarding, or serious emotional distress.
We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, therapeutic, safe, appropriate, or suitable for your personal circumstances.

19. Credits, access, billing, and refunds
My Wonder uses credits for reflective AI use, including Wonder, Express Wonder, Self Discovery, questions, responses, and results.
Some access may be offered with a limited amount of free credits. Once free credits have been used, continued use will require purchasing credits.
Users may buy credits. There is no minimum ongoing spend unless clearly stated at the point of purchase.
My Wonder does not operate as a traditional unlimited subscription. Any subscription or membership offered will be for purchasing or receiving credits, not for unlimited use, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Wonder and Express Wonder or any other available experience, may have different credit costs because they use different AI providers and have different operating costs.
Before you purchase or use credits, we will aim to explain:
what you are buying
whether credits expire
whether any payment renews automatically
how to cancel any recurring credit purchase or membership
any refund rules that apply
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorised payment provider. Their terms, fees and refund processes may also apply.
If a payment renews automatically, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel in the way explained at checkout or in your account settings.
Payments are non-refundable once access has been provided or credits have been used, unless required by law.

20. Availability, changes, and updates
We aim to make My Wonder available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access.
We may update, change, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any feature or service for reasons including maintenance, security, legal compliance, product improvement, technical limitations, provider changes, or business needs.
Some features may depend on your device, operating system, browser, internet connection, region, or third-party services.

21. Third-party services
My Wonder may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers, AI infrastructure providers, analytics services, email tools, app stores, AI modelsClaude, DeepSeek, or external resources.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, policies, or services that we do not control.
Where third-party terms apply, you may need to agree to those terms separately.

22. International users and international data transfers
My Wonder may be used by users outside the UK, where we make the service available and where use is lawful.
If you use My Wonder from outside the UK, you are responsible for making sure that your use is lawful in your location.
Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we will aim to use appropriate legal safeguards where required, such as standard contractual clauses, UK addenda, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Because My Wonder may use different AI providers for Wonder and Express Wonder or any other experience, data-processing locations may differ depending on the experience you choose.
More detail will be provided in the Privacy Policy once final provider arrangements are confirmed.

23. Disclaimers
My Wonder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
My Wonder will always be available
My Wonder will be free from errors, interruptions, or security risks
AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, safe, or suitable
ModelClaude or DeepSeek outputs will meet your expectations
the service will meet your personal needs or expectations
use of My Wonder will produce any particular emotional, wellbeing, personal, relational, or practical outcome
My Wonder will detect, prevent, or respond to crisis, risk, abuse, harm, or safeguarding concerns
Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

24. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unique Wonder Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, emotional distress, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Subject to applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to My Wonder will be limited to the greater of:
the amount you paid to use My Wonder in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
£100.
This section should be reviewed by a solicitor before publication.

25. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to protect and compensate Unique Wonder Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your misuse of My Wonder
your content
your breach of this agreement
your breach of the law
your infringement of another person’s rights
This section may not apply to consumers in all circumstances and should be reviewed before publication.

26. App store terms
If you download My Wonder through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, your use may also be governed by that app store’s terms.
Those app stores are not responsible for My Wonder, its content, its support, or its claims, except where their own terms say otherwise.
Where required by Apple, Google or any other app store, additional app store wording may be added here before launch.

27. Consumer rights
Nothing in this agreement affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing digital content or digital services, you may have rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, faulty digital content, or refunds. The specific rules may depend on whether access has started, whether you consented to immediate access, and what was explained at checkout.
Refund and cancellation information should be clearly provided at the point of purchase.

28. Export controls and sanctions
You must not use My Wonder in a way that breaches applicable export control laws, sanctions laws, embargoes, or restrictions in the UK, EU, US, or other relevant jurisdictions.
You confirm that you are not located in, controlled by, or ordinarily resident in a country or with a person or organisation subject to sanctions that would make your use of My Wonder unlawful.

29. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to My Wonder if:
you breach this agreement
you fail to pay where payment is required
we suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, or unauthorised access
your use creates legal, technical, safety, security, or operational risk
we are required to do so by law
we discontinue the service or relevant feature
You may stop using My Wonder at any time. You may delete your account yourself where this function is available in the product.
You may delete saved reflections yourself where this function is available. Some information, such as account records, safety/security logs, payment records, backup data, or learning/memory data used to personalise the service, may not be deleted through the reflection deletion tool. To request deletion of additional stored data, contact info@uniquewonder.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
When access ends, your licence to use My Wonder also ends.
We may retain certain information where permitted or required by law, including for legal, security, accounting, backup, or compliance reasons.

30. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email, in-app notice, or website notice.
If you continue to use My Wonder after changes take effect, you agree to the updated agreement.

31. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before taking formal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

32. Miscellaneous
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will continue to apply.
If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not mean we give up that right.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, investment, or transfer of business assets.
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific purchase terms, forms the agreement between you and Unique Wonder Ltd.
