Most reflective sessions use between 6 and 12 interactions, depending on how long or detailed the conversation is.
As you use Wonder, credits are gradually spent.
Longer and more in-depth conversations may use more credits than shorter ones.
You can see your credit balance at any time in your account. When your balance runs low, Wonder will let you know so you can top up and keep going.
Payments are processed securely.
My Wonder does not see or store your card details.
Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added to your balance.
If something goes wrong with a payment, such as being charged but not receiving credits, contact us and we will help.
Credits do not expire.
Your balance stays in your account until you use it.
