My Wonder has two main features: Reflections and Self Discovery.
The Reflections feature is your personal space for conversation with Wonder.
You can write about what you are feeling, ask questions, process decisions, or bring anything that is on your mind — practical, emotional, relational, or personal.
Each reflection opens like a thread. You can start a new reflection whenever you need to, give it a title, rename it later, and return to it whenever you want. This means your reflections do not disappear into a blank chat. They become meaningful spaces you can revisit.

You can also copy and paste text into a reflection. So if something has happened in a message, conversation, email, or situation, you can bring it to Wonder and explore it more safely. Instead of beginning with a blank reflection, Wonder guides you through thoughtfully designed questions. These questions help you understand more about your values, emotional patterns, preferences, and the way you naturally respond to life.
